What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our minimum order quantity is 1,000 units per SKU. This applies to both new product development and reorders. The 1,000-unit MOQ is designed to be accessible for emerging brands while ensuring production efficiency for all clients.
How long does a typical project take from start to finished product?
Most projects move from first inquiry to finished, shipped product in 8–10 weeks. This covers consultation, sample development, packaging confirmation, production, and shipment. Custom formulation from scratch may take longer — typically 12–20 weeks total when stability testing is included. We'll give you a specific timeline estimate after reviewing your project.
How do I get started?
Fill out our New Customer Profile and New Product Profile forms — both are available on our Forms page. We review every submission and follow up within 1–2 business days. If you'd prefer to talk first, call us at 818-787-4008 (Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm PST).
Do you work with first-time entrepreneurs?
Absolutely. Many of our best long-term clients came to us with their very first product idea and zero manufacturing experience. Our team is used to guiding first-time founders through every step of the process. You don't need to have everything figured out before reaching out — that's what the consultation is for.
Are your products cruelty-free and clean?
Yes. We do not test on animals, and we offer paraben-free, sulfate-free, and clean formulation options. Our facility is also solar-powered, reflecting our commitment to sustainability.
Can I visit the facility?
