Most projects move from first inquiry to finished, shipped product in 8–10 weeks. This covers consultation, sample development, packaging confirmation, production, and shipment. Custom formulation from scratch may take longer — typically 12–20 weeks total when stability testing is included.

Yes. We do not test on animals, and we offer paraben-free, sulfate-free, and clean formulation options. Our facility is also solar-powered, reflecting our commitment to sustainability.

Yes. After reviewing your New Product Profile, we provide a detailed quote covering R&D fees, per-unit production costs, and any applicable testing or assembly fees before you commit to anything.

We require a deposit before beginning production. Deposit structure and payment terms are discussed during project setup.

Yes. We are registered with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration as a cosmetic manufacturing facility, in full compliance with MoCRA.

Yes. Our facility is ISO 22716 compliant — the international standard for cosmetic Good Manufacturing Practices.

Yes. A COA is issued with every production batch, documenting that the batch meets all release specifications.

Yes. If you have an existing formula or one you'd like us to match or improve, we can work from your specification. Provide formula documentation and ideally a sample of the finished product.

Both. Private/white label means selecting a proven base formula from our library and customizing it. Custom contract manufacturing means our R&D team develops a new formula from scratch.

Yes. Formula improvement is one of the most common projects we take on. Bring us the product and any feedback, and our team will analyze and recommend improvements.

Strongly recommended for all new custom formulas but not mandatory. Bypassing requires a signed waiver. Brands pursuing placement at major retailers (Whole Foods, Sephora, Credo) typically require stability data.

Standard stability testing takes approximately 3 months. Accelerated options are available for tight timelines.

Yes. Both cold-fill (water-based, emulsions, lotions, serums) and hot-fill (wax-based, lip balms, sticks, anhydrous).

Storage fees are assessed on inventory held after the contracted hold period. Structure is confirmed during project setup.

Yes. Complete FBA prep — FNSKU labeling, poly bagging, suffocation warning labels, and case packing — and direct shipment to your designated Amazon fulfillment center.
