CBD Beauty Product Contract Manufacturing

CBD Form Types We Work With

Isolate

Pure CBD with no other cannabinoids or terpenes. Odorless and colorless — ideal for neutral scent profiles or clean white-label aesthetics.

Broad-Spectrum

Multiple cannabinoids and terpenes with THC removed below detectable levels. Retains entourage effect benefits — popular for non-detectable THC claims.

Full-Spectrum

All naturally occurring cannabinoids, terpenes, and flavonoids including trace THC (below 0.3% per federal guidelines). All batches tested for federal compliance.

Water-Soluble CBD

Nano-emulsified CBD that disperses in water-based formulas — essential for toners, mists, gels, and shampoos.

Oil-Soluble CBD

Standard CBD extract for anhydrous formulas, facial oils, balms, body butters, and oil-based products.

Triple-Filtered CBD

For full or broad-spectrum benefits without the characteristic earthy hemp scent and green/gold color — allowing higher concentrations without scent dominating.

Client-Supplied CBD

Have a CBD supplier relationship? We accommodate client-supplied materials after verifying COA documentation (potency, heavy metals, pesticides, THC compliance).

THC Compliance Testing

  • All batches manufactured with full or broad-spectrum CBD are tested for THC potency to confirm compliance with the federal limit of 0.3% THC by dry weight. Test results are part of your batch documentation and COA.

Regulatory Considerations for CBD Cosmetics

  • CBD cosmetics are regulated by the FDA as cosmetics — not drugs — when they are intended to affect the appearance of the skin (moisturize, condition, cleanse) rather than to treat or prevent a medical condition. Claims like "treats inflammation" or "cures eczema" cross into drug territory. Our team reviews your intended claims to ensure your labeling stays within cosmetic regulatory parameters.

  • State regulations vary. Our team is current on applicable state and federal regulations and can help navigate your specific market requirements.
