To begin the formulation process, you must:

Completely fill out the New Product Profile. This form should be submitted as one product. If we receive a form with multiple products listed on it, we will ask you to re-submit the form with one product per form.
Fill out the New Customer Profile (if you are a new customer)
Send in R&D payment
Send in sample of benchmark. Please make sure the benchmark package includes your name, company, email and phone number.
